Visitors could see stationary and mobile configurations at full scale, compare Chrome and noMICRO components and discuss how one compatible system can serve different back-of-house zones.
The stand included open wire shelving, bakery carts and configurable mobile units. Showing complete assemblies made it easier to discuss dimensions, shelf spacing, finishes and later expansion around a real operating environment.
